A little bit of suggestion:

• Moving leaves might help to increase the game difficulty.

• Also 3ish lives would be a good fit.

I like these slippers so much :) Great work. Pixel art 10 points out of 10.

• I don't know why but left click didn't work for me.
• Maybe you can normalize diagonal move speed. The bird goes so fast when i move diagonal. 
• I think so time challenge can be better. Also with patrolling enemies.
• And i think you should add border lines for better player experience.
